       SWEDISH MASSAGE

       Swedish is a light to medium pressure massage that reduces pain, stiffness and promotes
       deep relaxation. It is beneficial for those who have stress and need a way to calm the mind
       as well as nurture the body. This session includes your choice of essential oils and hot steam
       towels for relaxation.

       NECK AND BACK MASSAGE

      This session is for pain and tightness of the neck, shoulders and back. Various bodywork techniques
      are used to stop muscle contraction and promote circulation. Session includes moist heat as well as a       special pain relieving muscle creme.

       DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

      Deep tissue is a moderate to deep pressure massage . Beneficial for knotted muscles, extreme       tightness, pain and stiffness. Indicated for athletes and over-worked muscles. Heat and ice are
      used when necessary as well as special pain relieving gels.

       AROMATHERAPY WRAP

        This therapeutic treatment is deeply relaxing and stress reducing. Essential oil complexes are

       This is a customized facial treatment to deep cleanse the pores & exfoliate dead skin cells.
       Masques will be applied to firm and tone, then anti-aging vitamins & botanical nutrients will
       be infused into the skin with high frequency current. This will be followed with a light hydration        serum and aromatherapy hand massage. All products are 100% organic and suited to all skin types.

      FRENCH FACIAL WITH MASSAGE

       This treatment includes special techniques and essential oils from France combined with

       AROMATHERAPY CONSULTATION

       A personal consultation will address your individual needs relating to a specific
       health condition or for stress management. Each session includes your own
       personalized formulation.
       60 minutes $75

     Please do not eat a heavy meal or consume alcohol before your session. After the      massage it is recommended that you drink plenty of water and refrain from any      strenuous activities.

     We recommend as a general guideline, massage therapy once a month and a facial      treatment every 6-8 weeks for optimal health and well being. Please communicate
     with your therapist any preferences you have, so we can insure you have a positive,      uplifting and satisfying experience.

.      Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your
                                             appointment time or you will be charged a $45 cancellation fee.
